Sheezus is back! British singer Lily Allen, who just dropped her new album Sheezus, is returning to the touring circuit. The singer will hit the road in September for her first North American tour in five years. It's been a while but we are happy Lily Allen (not Lily Rose Cooper, mind you!) is back.
